About the Author
AJ Osborne co-founded Bitterroot Holdings/Keylock Storage in 2012, building it into a $100 million portfolio with 12 properties across the Northwest. Though he specializes in leveraging a turnaround strategy to revitalize underperforming properties, he’s also developed self-storage from the ground up, expanded existing facilities and converted other property types into storage.
Osborne is a frequent speaker at industry events and also shares his investment strategies and systems through his podcast and YouTube channel, “Self Storage Income.” After being completely paralyzed and on life support a few years ago, he’s passionate about financial freedom and helping others achieve it for themselves.
